How do I earn fuel points?
• Scan your City Market Value Card at checkout.
• Earn a point for every dollar you spend.*
• Earn 50 points for every qualifying prescription you fill. (Government funded prescriptions are excluded)
• Earn double points for every dollar you spend on qualifying gift cards (normal exclusions apply).
Do Gift Card purchases count toward fuel points?
Yes, with the exception of City Market Gift Cards, Green Dot cards, MoneyPaks and 1-2-3 REWARDS® Visa prepaid Debit Card and ReCharge Card™. All remaining Gift Card purchases count toward your points. In fact, for every $50 you purchase in Gift Cards, you’ll receive Double Points (100 Points). Normal exclusions apply.
Is there a limit of how many fuel points I can earn?
No, there is not a limit on the number of points you can earn.
Is there a limit of how many fuel points a customer can redeem at once?
YES, there IS a limit of 100 points that can be used in a single fuel fill-up.
How do I keep track of my fuel points?
Your current points balance is located at the bottom of your City Market receipt. You may also check your points balance on our website by registering your Sooper or Value Card number online (select "Create an account" in the upper right hand corner of this page). Once you have registered your card online, select "My Points" to view your current points balance.
Can I choose not to use my discount at the fuel pump?
Yes. Simply don’t initiate the fuel prompt.
How long do I have to use my fuel points?
Points remaining after a fill-up are available to use through the end of the following month in which they were earned, providing you have at least 100 remaining fuel points.

Do I need to register for this new program?
Customers can simply use their existing City Market Value Card to receive these fuel discounts. If you have a City Market Value Card, you have everything you need to start shopping and earning points. If you want to sign up for a City Market Value Card, just visit the Customer Service Desk at your local City Market.
