Coffee Marinated Steak

Serves 4
3/4 cup strong brewed decaffeinated coffee
1/2 cup wheat-free tamari soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 (4 to 6-ounce) beef fillets
Combine coffee through Worcestershire sauce in a large container and marinate the beef for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side – until desired temperature and doneness is reached.
Serve over mixed salad greens drizzled with your favorite Italian dressing.
