Kiwi Power Smoothie

Ingredients
2 kiwifruits, peeled and halved
1 banana, peeled
10 strawberries
8 ounces lowfat milk, soymilk, or almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon plain nonfat (preferably Greek style) yogurt
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
6 ice cubes (more if thicker shake is desired)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
