The Kroger Wellness Festival will return for interactive, family-friendly festivities in 2025! Held in downtown Cincinnati, this free event will feature fitness activities, cooking demonstrations, engaging panel discussions, hands-on workshops and live music across multiple stages.

What is the Wellness Festival?

The Kroger Wellness Festival is the nation’s largest health and wellness event, celebrating and promoting healthier lifestyle choices. With more than 200 wellness- oriented experiences, including an outstanding lineup of experts, celebrities and fresh food options, it offers a fun and engaging way to share knowledge and experiences that inspire healthier lives.
