Noshtalgia Podcast Episode 1: Poppy’s Waldorf Salad
We meet a family determined to recreate their patriarch's famous Waldorf Salad. Apryl says her grandfather, "Poppy,"made his signature Waldorf Salad for every holiday and family gathering without fail, and it was the best she ever tasted. Sadly, Poppy passed away in 2005 and never wrote down his recipe, so Apryl needs some help learning how to make it. Kroger's Product Development Chef, Brandon, joins us to help Apryl recreate the beloved dish and gives us a brief history of the delicious Waldorf Salad.
