  Columbus® Italian Dry Salame Stick is made from select cuts of pork, cracked black pepper, burgundy wine and our signature blend of spices giving it a wonderful flavor. It is slow cured for a unique richness and aroma. Pairs well with cheddar, Grana Padano, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack. Enjoy it with a glass of pinot noir, pilsner or pale ale.
