Our traditional pork & beef hickory smoked sausage begins with premium meat chopped in small batches creating our signature meaty bite. Next, we add our secret blend of fresh spices and a natural pork casing. Finally, it’s smoked with only real hickory smoke to craft that favorite Kiolbassa flavor for you to enjoy!
