It is very similar to double Gloucester, but with one major difference - the cheese has been blended with zesty bits of onions and chives, giving the bright orange cheese a speckling of green all throughout the paste. The flavor of this cheese creamy, buttery, sweet, and mild yet full flavored like cheddar. Cotswold's best friend is a burger!
