Alley Oop Avocado Salsa

A zesty lime marinade, hearty beans and cool chunks of avocado set this dip apart from all others! Spice up your appetizer table with this easy-to-make crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 limes, juiced (about 4 Tbsp.)
  • 1/3 cup Kroger Brand Buttermilk Fields Ranch Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 bag Private Selection™ Diced Hass Avocados
  • 1 cup frozen yellow corn
  • 5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced very small
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 bag Kroger Brand Restaurant Style White Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans, avocado, corn, tomatoes, onion and jalapeño. Cover with plastic wrap and press air out to seal.
  • Refrigerate mixture for at least 45 minutes, or up to overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
