Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bites

Ripe raspberries drizzled in decadent dark chocolate are the perfect bite-size indulgence for Valentine’s Day.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pints raspberries, washed and dried


  • Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Drop a teaspoon of chocolate into each liner. Add 1-2 raspberries to each tin, then top with a drizzle of melted chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour, until the chocolate is firm. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
