- 2 containers (16.9 oz. each) Simple Truth Organic™ Original Coconut Water
- 2” gingerroot, peeled and thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to combine flavors.
- Store refrigerated.
