  • 2 containers (16.9 oz. each) Simple Truth Organic™ Original Coconut Water
  • 2” gingerroot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to combine flavors.
  • Store refrigerated.
