Leftover Stuffing Cakes

  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces of bacon

Directions

  • Heat leftover stuffing in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook the bacon in a pan.
  • In a small skillet, fry the egg to desired doneness.
  • Put stuffing in a bowl and layer with the fried egg. Have bacon on the side or layer on top of egg.
  • Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
