- 8 teaspoons Benefiber® Unflavored Powder
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat granola
- 2 cups fresh berries or other fruit
- Stir Benefiber® powder in yogurt and mix.
- Spoon layers of yogurt, granola and fruit into serving bowls or glasses.
